Questionnaire

The 2025-2026 Season has begun, and we are so excited for what CSD has in store for the team!  As done in prior years, the studio is continuing the Big/Little Program.  For those of you new to the team - the Big/Little Program pairs an experienced dancer ("Big") with a younger or newer dancer ("Little") to foster mentorship, build community, and provide support. Littles gain a trusted role model for guidance and encouragement, while Bigs develop leadership skills and strengthen their connection to the dance community. The program involves check-ins, activities, and support at our competitions and recital, aiming to create lasting friendships and a more inclusive environment for all dancers.

Although not required, our dancers have started doing small "gifts" for their Big or Little at competitions.  Those "gifts" vary from something as simple as a sweet card offering encouragement to things such as gift cards, stuffies, socks, candy etc.  We have even had dancers gift framed photos of them with their Big or Little.  Everyone gets creative and has fun with it!  Again, gifts are not mandatory - we just encourage all dancers to offer support to their Big or Little!

This year the Boosters has put together a questionnaire for each dancer to complete.  We thought this might be really helpful for getting to know your Big or Little!  We appreciate everyone taking the time to complete the form.  Once Big/Little assignments come out (at the Showtroop Holiday Party) we will ensure the appropriate parties get their lists!
